Girl ( night time Jan 6th 2026) that works there is RUDE. Needs a new job that she actually likes, treating customers with a dull and cold expression/ poor customer service / straight up not happy just because they walk through the door is not okay. Plenty of other people out there that would appreciate her position.
Ordered a mikes way Italian sub on garlic herb bread with hot peppers and they completely messed up the order. The sub was on the wrong bread, no hot peppers and wasn’t “mikes way”.
Last night we went to Jersey Mike's for a original Italian, the short girl there said her name was kaylin was very kind and made us feel welcomed. She wore a smile and seemed to take pride in her work. It's not often you see this younger generation working hard and going the extra mile for customers. Although the interaction was brief, she deserves a shout out!
