I am sick of going to Jersey Mike's locations and they run out of brewed tea at 5pm and God forbid that they make anymore. They're open for another 4 hours but if you want Brew tea you can just go suck it. Way to go
While I am normally a regular customer, my recent online order experience had a few significant setbacks that I hope can be addressed: -Order Timing: Despite arriving after the estimated pickup time, I waited an additional 25 minutes. It appeared that walk-in customers were being prioritized over existing online orders that were already delayed. -Attention to Detail: Important modifications—specifically regarding a dairy allergy—were missed. This resulted in wasted food and money.
It was noticably delicious. Good job Louisville and to the young people at the counter!
