Service is great. One of my favorite sandwich shops. This location is consistent. Only downside is the seating area is a bit small.
Owner & staff are absolutely awesome and highly recommend this location.
Just walked in and looked at the food pre area and grill and it is very nasty. It seems the only time that its clean is during the lunch hour on a weekday. I say its the assistant manager thats the problem because he always has an attitude and the crew of school age guys that do not wash their hands. I littlerally watched one come from the restroom still zipping up his pans and go straight to the grill. Not eating here ever again after 2 on a week day.
I've now spent 3 days and multiple emails back and forth with Jersey Mike's customer service dept. ****Warning**** if you order & pay at the store, do not rely on the pin pad where you input the number associated to your Jersey Mike's application. The system is BROKEN and is NOT crediting "Mikes Points" rather you must manually input your receipt of purchase directly to the your account using the J. Mike's application. J.M. customer service will not credit me for my 4 previous purchases because I didn't hold onto my receipts... read more
