I came in like RIGHT before closing and they were so cool, nice, respectful, and got me some excellent food. Was very grateful. Will be back. MJ and arnasia were great
I had a great experience thanks to MJ! I didn’t realize the restaurant closed at 9:00 PM, and I showed up right at 8:55. Even though it was almost closing time, MJ didn’t turn me away or rush me out. Instead, they welcomed me with a great attitude and provided excellent service. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism—it made my night. Thank you, MJ!
Listen I love this place and I’ve patroned here a lot since you all opened,, but what the heck? I ordered your hot honey chicken cheesesteak and got the wrong bread and no hot honey on my sandwich. I took a chance on a new item and got a dry sandwich and am out of $25. Also when I’ve been in person, my online order took longer than the people who walked in, and also one of your employees addressed another customer before me, when I was clearly first. It’s the little things. Get better please.
The customer service here is truly above and beyond, my favorite jersey mikes by far
