Have ordered from here more than once and the order is never right. One of our subs was an entirely different sub today. I called and they are going to refund that, great. The other sub I paid extra money to get extra meat put on. You can see from the picture that they did not do this, but I was charged for it. I also asked for a good amount of veggies, which was also ignored. I'm basically eating an expensive bread sandwich right now. If I didnt live a half hour away, I would bring it back.
Every time I come to this location, the staff acts like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. I understand that when customers come in within half an hour to 45 minutes of clothes, it’s unfortunate. However, telling customers that part of the menu is no longer available because they’ve decided to start closing earlier feels silly. Will no longer be spending my money here.
Ordered online. 744pm pickup time. My mom picked it up and had to wait for everyone in line to get served before they made my sub ordered online for pick up.
