I love a sub Mike's way what I love even more is a friendly staff. So I always go to this locations even if on the westside will drive all the way to Sleater Kinney the service is AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly. I am the pickiest eater ever and have them make my sandwich super extra oil no vinegar not too much pepper but just enough I know I'm a mess lol. Went to this Jersey mike's with a few friends and had a horrible experience. It took a long time to get our food and when I finally got my food they had made it wrong ( they put ham instead of turkey in the sub). When I went to talk to the team members they had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong and that it was what I had ordered. I told them I would like them to make it correctly. They then refunded my money and refused me service. I didn't do anything that would have warranted that type of reaction. Asking them to fi... read more
The service awful, 40 minutes of waiting and it's somehow my fault they got my order wrong. I spoke up about it and they refused service... Never ever will I be in this location again.
Overall this location is our fav! Food is delicious, employees are always in good spirits which is always a pleasure. Even on a hot day, we saw how well they worked thru it!
The lady that served us was really nice especially for having just opened I can’t believe the service here it was amazing as well as the sandwiches!
