I have many allergies due to an immune condition. One of which is a gluten allergy. When I went in to this location and asked for a gluten free sub. A man with a raven tattoo behind the counter proceeded to roll his eyes, groan, and loudly apologize to every single person in line and everyone who came in the door about how they now have to wait thanks to my order. My experience at Mikes is always good. I love the staff, Alex the manager makes the experience a lot better even on my bad days. I love a good club sub with extra bacon & a brownie !!
Every one here was friendly although I didn't get all of there names. OT inspired me to leave this review with his excellent customer service. He toasted my bread. No other jersey Mike's employee has ever done that for me. He was busy when I walked in but still took the time to greet me with a smile. Instead of saying he didn't have the bread I wanted. He offered to make it and notified me about the wait time. Good customer service is rare these days.
I had an absolutely amazing experience. OTT and August were absolutely amazing. Very quick, very courteous and my sandwich was top-notch. Thank you!!!!!!!!
We placed an order online and proceeded to wait 45 min for our order while they helped everyone else ahead of us. We had 2 regulars and a mini. It should not take 45 min for an online order to be ready. The line is now empty but somehow working on other orders? It’s a little ridiculous
