I placed order online and noted a special instruction kid meal for lettuce and tomatoes on side. Didn't happen. Kinda bummed but everything else very good
I ordered a Philly cheese steak it was okay. The ingredients onion and green peppers, over cooked. The food was fresh. Boo's Philly steaks on Wilshire is the closest I have come to a Philly steak. Jersey Mike not that great compared to an actual Philly steak. The last steak I ordered the bottom bread was soggy, I could not eat it. The bottom slice was cut thin the top was cut thick. Not customer service friendly ~ nice nasty Workers in the service industry should be required to be very customer friendly. I just left there and I believe the supervisor is not being a model to employees that report to her the importance of providing an excellent customer service experience. Why take this type of job if you do not have a pleasant and friendly attitude towards all customers.
