We witnessed the manager being verbally attacked by another customer. His complaints were that it was too hot (86 degree day) and that his toppings fell off of his sub. He also stated the staff didn’t smile enough. He was very nasty and kept telling them they need to do better. Absolutely ridiculous. The point of my review is to say the manager handled this “gentleman” with class. We frequent this location and we have nothing bad to say! Good job to the staff!
