Walked in when no one else was in there. I noticed after I told the first employee my order that rosemary parmesan was an option for bread. He had my bread out but had not started making my sandwich. He picked up bread lying on the counter top that was there when we came in. We proceeded down the line without the next employees going over any options with us. This was our first in store visit and felt like customer service could have been better.
Fantastic food and fast quick and friendly service … I hope you all expand to Bluefield VA and Princeton WV soon
I went into Jersey Mike’s today to get a sub for. I’ve been on the road for two days traveling back to Nevada. I went into the store and was very explicit about what I wanted and how I wanted my sandwich. Number one no onions and no pepper or salt. I ordered the tuna sub, I got it to go, put in my cooler so I could eat it for dinner. Several hours later I pull over in Tennessee to have dinner, into my surprise the sandwich is loaded with black pepper.
