The workers are some lazy people dragging there feet food is good but the rest absolutely trash if you don’t want to work go home
As someone that travels across the US frequently, Jersey Mike’s was one of the last places to try. The food itself was very good but the staff were miserable and clearly didn't want to be there. Our service in the US is nearly always exceptional….we all have bad days but honestly, its a service industry so I suggest, either get these girls some customer training and support or recommend a change in career path. GBA.
I witness the worst customer service ever today at Jersey Mikes in Dacular. It was toward another customer but it was so rude, unprofessional and uncalled for i won't go back. The customer who was being screamed at (and i mean screamed at) ask to speak to the manager, the rude employee said she not here but ill call her for you, she my mom. I hope the owner reads this. Horrible customer service. Shocked and disappointed excustomer.
Been a while since I had a sub from Jersey Mike's, brought back good memories
