Avoid this location and make a few extra miles to go to the one in Bethlehem. They are rude, dismissive and don’t even get your order right. I ordered a big kahuna, asked for veggies and mayo on it, they wouldn’t put extra toppings on it and I’ve got this same sub there multiple times. I also got a kid meal which usually comes with a 22 ounce drinks and the lady told me no, that it was a small Styrofoam cup that was maybe 6-8 ounces. Didn’t have a chance to order food. I went in, stood there and the young lady behind the counter was rude and dismissive. She looked me up and down then went to the back which left no one upfront to take my order. She is the one with the nose ring that many reviews seem to have already mentioned. The way all of these reviews have the same copy and paste response and this individual is still employed there is concerning. Safe to say the vibe was off, I left the establishment and will not be returning.
Placed an online order, showed up and had to wait over 30 mins. With the 15 mins the online order automatically puts on an order, it took them 45 mins to make a single sub.
Jansley and Miranda are the best employees there since they opened at that location. They are very friendly, quick and represent the brand well.
