One employee there had the volume on his personal listening device turned so high that it drowned out the piped in music and our conversation. It was so loud that I left with a headache. Food was good, but probably will not go back to this location.
I went in there to get a sandwich and it was the WORST experience of my life!!!! I’m black myself and the black in there just don’t know how to act! It’s very disrespectful how they do business and they can’t make a sandwich
Prepare to wait a little longer regardless of mobile orders or picking up. The grill chef made sure I was taken care of. Good service.
I hate to give this review but the staff needs to be better trained. This girl is running laps while 2 other workers just stood there because they didn't know how to make a sandwich. Then you got a line of people and takeout orders. I feel bad for the girl who was the only one experienced behind the counter
