I ordered 2 sandwiches when door dash dropped my food off 1 sandwich was missing. I called to speak with the manager Jen and Brandy answered she was so rude and hung up on me cause I said somebody need to bring me my food. I called back Jenny got on the phone and said I was borrowed from the store and my money will be refunded. Also the door dash guy took my food. Ordered my regular yesterday at 4:30 PM and went to pick it up. 4:52PM. It wasn’t ready. They weren’t busy. Someone yelled. We have to wrap it up. As I stood waiting, the girl said - it’s made with white bread not your bread. Huh? It’s 4:30 PM. You’re out of breads? She just shrugged. I asked if they notify or just make it with what they have and hope for the best? She shrugged. I walked out thinking this place has really gone down hill. Sorry to say. I’ll be spreading the word.
I've been a relatively frequent visitor to this particular JM over the past year; the food has been consistently EXCELLENT (though, admittedly, a bit pricey) and regardless of the different faces on any given visit, the staff has ALWAYS been friendly, cordial, and helpful. The combination of the two aforementioned keeps me coming back!
