The younger teenage worker at the front had a rancid attitude. Treated customers like an inconvenience and corrected us rudely about how to order instead of helping us. After developing this uncalled for attitude with us he skimped us on our sandwiches. No managers or other employees seemed to care or correct this attitude. Ordered my sandwich the same way I always do and it tasted bland and was flatter. Not sure what this kid’s issue was.
So here's the deal.if you order online, and if you do not tip, they will not make your food with care. Which is sad. 30$ for two sandwiches you'd expect at least a little effort from people who are already being paid to do said tasks.
The young man that seems to run the store, Dylan, is so thoughtful, polite and friendly. He always has a smile on his face and happy to help me or anyone else I know that comes in there to order a sub.
