Placed a $40 delivery order and the door dash driver dropped it off at the wrong office, I immediately called the driver and door dash and they didn't want to take care of the mistake, I was told that I needed to call Jersey mike's so they could refund me, (very un fair since it wasn't their mistake.) I called Jersey mike's and spoke to Rommel, so he could guide me on how to get my $40 back. He immediately took charge and helped me out, talk about great customer service, this was it. Thank you so much.

I’m a regular customer here and Orlando has helped me many times and gives outstanding service. I come back for the food but also the customer service. Please give that man raise !
