I visited Jersey Mike’s in Doral, FL (Store #13229) on August 11 at 11:10 AM. I ordered a #13 Regular and paid $11.72 via Apple Pay. After the cashier entered the order, they walked away from the register. My payment was approved, I grabbed my sandwich and left. Later that day, I checked my bank statement and saw the total had been changed to $14. This location claimed I “left a tip,” even though I never saw a tip option and certainly did not authorize one.
