On walking in the restaurant might seem like any other place. However, the service experience compared to other Jersey Mike's was terrible. I came in asking about a promotion and was confused about how it worked. Apparently, there was an employee who decided that I had asked too many questions and he called me back as I was walking out. Personally my boyfriend and I never went to Jersey Mike's before but I heard good things about them I hope their food is good we're planning to go there soon to try them out but I hope so
I don’t know if the people working here do it on purpose, but they are working in slow motion. I was working around the area and I arrived late to work because it took them an hour and a half to make my sandwich. (It was just me and my friend ordering) Very disappointed with the service, but the sandwich was good though….. for now.
I gave 5 stars because I love their sandwiches but this location customer service is absolutely TRASH! I told the server that I wanted to different breads and she’s misunderstood me and made two different giants with two different breads. I go for checkout and my total comes out to over $40 and I’m like why is my total over $40 when it’s suppose to be half that price and they informed because I ordered two giants when it was supposed to be just one and then they gave me an attitude and then ended up throwing away the other s... read more
