The sandwich was delicious, and service was excellent. Delicious bread, turkey, cheese and veggies. Overall, excellent! Now, I understand that everything becomes expensive these days but still the price was not reasonable even for a giant sandwich. If Jersey Mike's subs want keep customers to come back then they need to be reasonable with the prices.
Walked in, the manager whose name is Emma, made eye contact with me throughout my whole time in the store and never one acknowledged me. Felt targeted. Most of the people there are obviously poorly trained and despite how long they’ve worked there, can’t even do basic tasks which is obviously a training and management problem. Please fix this store as it’s been falling apart ever since Sam left. Shakira and Jesse are the last good people here. They need new management and to actually train people. Terrible service by Emma.
