Unable to to accommodate minor requests. When ordering I asked for the Italian as opposed to the new mikes hot Italian. The only difference in these two sandwiches is the meat, with the Italian coming with a larger variety compared to the hot Italian. We prefer the Italian. This time we asked to have the Italian, but get it hot. They informed us that the only way to make it a hot sandwich was to get the mikes hot Italian. I will not be ordering again given that I am restricted to their menu items exactly as they are written.
A great fast lunch! I love that limited time Hit Italian sub! Very tasty.
