I'm disappointed that both of the subs that I ordered had hair in them. A simple mistake I can understand but to have both subs have hair in them almost feels intentional. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here anymore.

This is my first time at Jersey Mike's and I came during the lunch rush. I was pleased with the customer service, they were polite and respectful even though it was very busy. I got the Chipotle Chicken and it was pretty good. I saw the employees cleaning as they got small breaks between the groups of people coming in. Special shout out to the lady with the pink hair who kept everyone organized and made sure everything was running smoothly.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs. Unfortunately, the staff never changes their gloves. Witnessed on 2 separate occasions them make food, check out customers, clean slicers/ counters/ equipment, and go back and make subs with the SAME gloves. It’s disgusting actually. Hopefully management addresses this, as this can really get people sick due to cross contamination. Unfortunately, I can’t get myself to eat at this location again.
