I dine here more than I’d like to admit! Always such great customer service! They take time to say hello, ask about your day, and they’re always fast no matter how long the line is. Today I picked up lunch for my wife and I. It’s her birthday and they wrote her birthday wishes on her sub. Jersey Mikes Germantown is a great addition to the community!
Wanting to try different subs but can't get past the ham and cheese sub, cuz it's soooo good
I placed an online order and the pickup time was for 6:30pm. I waited by the order pickup spot for 25 minutes and not once did an employee ask for my name or if I was waiting for an order. Wasn't till there was no line that I went up to them and asked for an update. Turns out the order was done all along and no one was attentive enough to place the order by the pickup spot. Please do better next time.
