Just ordered at this location, I asked the cashier for a water cup she told me the Owner doesn’t allow water cups. And I would have to be charged for soda if I wanted water. No big deal so purchased a bottled water out of their cooler. And asked for a separate cup so I could split the water with me and my Dad. She told me “ I can’t give you a cup either.” Very rudely and than proceeded to tell me next time I will have to pay for a cup. Even know I just bought 3$ water. The worst Jersey Mike's in California. Twice, I placed an order via the app 25 minutes before arriving at the restaurant; when I got there, the place was empty, and they hadn't even started making my order yet.
