My wife put in an online order this evening. When my daughter goes to pick it up, she's told the order was cancelled, and that we called in. We did not cancel anything or call in. The app doesn't show it was cancelled either. She also used her shore points for one of the items, and now lost that. There were no apologies given at all, and the staff was not helpful. Went to Jersey Mike’s with my family and placed an order for a #16, asking for bell peppers instead of hot peppers. I even mentioned it was my first time visiting. The young lady taking my order didn’t offer a receipt, didn’t hand me my drink cup, and just walked away after I paid, so I had to grab the cup myself (check the cameras around 8 PM, I was wearing a black shirt).
