This is my second time ordering from this location, and once again, something was wrong. I called the store to ask when the GM would be available, and the person who answered (who claimed to be a manager) insisted on taking my name and number instead. When I declined and said I would just call back, he hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. The customer service here is honestly the worst I’ve experienced. terrible staf dirty food
I’ll drive 20 minutes to another location before I come back here. Got there around 2:30 and didn’t leave till 3pm. Meanwhile a big family of 4 got their food before me and I ordered and sat down to wait before they even walked in the door. Customer service is also terrible.
