Gave me wrong order first and had to go back, and one of my sandwiches was not made properly
I want to say I love Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are always very tasty and at this location specifically, I love coming to because the staff are very friendly and kind. When you treat people with kindness it is given back to you. I came in Monday night between 5-7, and my expectations were highly met. I love to come and grab a sandwhich after work, and this short experience + sandwhich filled me with immense joy. On all of the days that is today mother's day I wanted to treat my wife to something special that she hasn't had in a long time. She usually gets a #12 and gets the meat thrown on the grill. She ordered online with those instruction. When we picked up about 2 bites in she noticed that the meat wasn't warm. When she went back in to try to get it fixed she was greated rudely and was told "we dont do that here". When over the last few years she has been getting it done that way.
