Please hire competent workers who are there to work and not just stand around until you pull up and are there to pick up an online order that they didn’t even know they received so now you have to wait additional time for your order to be complete. DOOOO BETTER!!! You restaurant owners need to realize how your customers keep you in business!!

The common theme of the reviews for this Jersey Mike's is the rudeness of the staff. I saw it there today from the young man behind the counter with the big hair. They need some serious customer service training in this store.
The general manager at the Lynnhaven area, Virginia Beach location is the MOST CALLOUS worker that I’ve encountered in a long time. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with Jersey Mikes until now. He is very ill-mannered and inconsiderate. He was abrupt and insolent. He is a TERRIBLE representative for the company and DOES NOT deserve to work in customer service.
