The general manager at the Lynnhaven area, Virginia Beach location is the MOST CALLOUS worker that I’ve encountered in a long time. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with Jersey Mikes until now. He is very ill-mannered and inconsiderate. He was abrupt and insolent. He is a TERRIBLE representative for the company and DOES NOT deserve to work in customer service. The young lady behind the counter taking orders was not allowing me to explain what i wanted on my sandwich, she kept over talking me and assuming. I explain to her I would like a REG beef cheese steak with sweet peppers, MAYO only no onions. I also like. Big Kahuna with no sweet peppers. Kept in mind she just kept over talking me (poor customer service). She started to make my sandwiches. I watch her starting to put onions on my REG sandwich so I stopped her.
