My experience with Jersey Mike's Subs in the Tysons area was extremely disappointing. First of all, the staff attitude is a major issue. Employees consistently look unhappy and come across as rude when interacting with customers. Even placing a simple order feels uncomfortable, like you’re bothering them. The wait time is completely unacceptable. For a place that serves sandwiches, taking close to an hour to prepare an order just doesn’t make sense. Stopped by on a Thursday night at 8:30 and told that they only had ready-to-eat stuff and couldn’t make a Philly Cheesesteak….isn’t that why you’re in business? Edit: Visited 2 years later, staff lacks any understanding of proper customer service and appears actively annoyed customers even come into the store.
