I ordered thru the app. A roast beef mikes way with added toppings. First, I get there and they tell me my order is ready. She hands me a bag with my name on it but the order inside isn’t mine. So she goes to get me the right order. Great. I leave and get back to my office only to see they just gave me meat and cheese on the bread??? By the time I got back it was too late for me to go get the right thing. Never had a bad experience at JM before but this was very unpleasant. Realllly appreciated the kind customer service from Tony. We came in close to closing but he was still happy to make our sandwhiches! I’m honestly going to come back to this location just because of this one experience!
