I’ve been a loyal customer of this Jersey Mike’s location for the past 4 years, visiting at least 4 times a week. Today was the first time I’ve ever felt so disrespected, humiliated, and heartbroken by a business I’ve supported for so long. I placed a mobile order, and by mistake, I ordered #5 (which includes ham/pork) instead of my usual #9 with no bacon.
