Visited 12/2/25 at 815 PM. Manager was very rude. We had to wait on bacon for our club sub sandwiches. Poor customer service skills and had an attitude as if we were at fault for the bacon not being prepared/available. However, the young lady on the cash register did a phenomenal job and even apologized for the mishap. This was my first time having old bread from a Jersey Mike’s.
This location is a total embarrassment to jersey mikes the manager is definately not concerned with anything that happens in this restaurant nor are the employees i made a complaint two months ago no response from manager even contacted him several times no response buyer be ware your food will definately be wrong and they won't respond just looking at the 2.8 rating should tell you what to expect do not I repeat do not shop here period point blank
Whoever the manager is with the blondish braids came in in regular close so I'll assume she was off and was getting on my two workers making two giant subs for me. My sandwiches are wrong ( wanted American cheese on one and the other was supposed to be a Philly no peppers andhad peppers and on wrong bread.. not the workers fault at all y'all shouldn't have your managers handle stuff like that while customers were around. The customer service where was pretty non existent. Walked in and no one was there to greet I placed my order online so I waited for an employee to come until I grabbed my bag which was smart because once I walked out I noticed they didn’t have my entire order complete. I go back inside and some young lady walks up after 20 seconds and I tell her I’m missing an item and she tells me with a crass attitude you can just grab it.
