Everything i ordered came out just right
The employee at this store is completely disrespectful to public safety employees and rudely claiming they never received the order but would not even look at the confirmed order number at this location or charge on the credit card and instead saying ‘I just work here and we didn’t get any online orders’.
Unbelievable! Placed and paid for an order online at 10am for 11am pickup. Arrived at the store at 11:05 and the only woman in the store claimed she never received any order. When nice showed her the order ticket and email she said I have nothing to do with that. Call the number. No offer to help. No 'I'm sorry about that'; only ' I just work here.' I have never had worse customer service anywhere else in Columbus. What an absolute SCAM!!
