Showed up to pick up an Uber Eats order, was told order was still being made after 15 minutes of waiting and seeing other people pick up their orders. The same worker that told me the order was being made notices that my order was ready this entire time I have been waiting. I know this because I was staring at that very individual bag she picked with the order name on it, and confirmed that the order was still being made. I really hate to give such a low score but after yesterday's experience I am. Sandwiches were so bad my kids and I couldn't even eat them. I would of gone back but my kid had practice so I couldn't. We ended you tossing the sandwiches which was a waste of money.
As a Disabled Military Veteran I've never experienced such rude lack of service and never been asked for both my DL and my military ID when I asked if they had the military dicount by someone who was unqualified to ask either. The food was great but the cashier was horrendous and rude to not only myself but my elderly mom and tried to blatantly lie to the lady after us that there wasn't clearly a person walking back and forth between Randy's Donuts, Jersey Mike's and BMO screaming "touch me and I'll rain hell fire" or someth... read more
Dirty store. I walk in as a pissed-off customer walks out. Then my sandwich is screwed up. They put the wrong lid on it, then scraped off stuff transferred from the wrong lid. Employees are talking with each other while customers stand around. Not well run. This location has a chronic problem. Dirty bathroom...no supervision.
