the service was really disappointing. Even though there weren’t many customers in the store, I had to wait a long time—about 25 minutes—for my order. It seemed like there weren’t enough staff working, and the employees were prioritizing online orders over people in the store. I felt ignored, and it was frustrating to wait so long just to get my sandwich. Overall, the experience felt slow and poorly managed.
Update: Management asked me to contact them directly, which I did, and they didn't return my email. There's something seriously wrong with management, and it reflects on this outlet.
