I had ordered on the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery.. my order was marked as delivered and never came.. someone had stolen my food. I called the store and spoke to a very kind guy on the phone (I missed his name). He kept apologizing even though it was not his fault. He called his manager and they agreed that they would remake my order at no extra cost. Thank you so much!! Great customer service! (DoorDash on the other hand will not be getting the same review).
The best Jersey Mike’s is 1300 Sc 544 in the college center unit A-1 Conway sc not only are the employees wonderful they go above and beyond making a perfect sub all the time . I love my # 13 original Italian I usually ask for it on rosemary parm with lettuce tomato extra onion, pickles, banana peppers peppers oil and vinegar oregano and they are my favorite team and location , they always have a smile on their faces and eager to make me feel special each time I walk in or order online in the app. I also love my shore points... read more
