This place has never NOT ONCE had my order ready on time!!! I’ve shown up 5-7 min after my order was supposed to be ready and I end up waiting still 10-15 min for it to be ready!!!!! When I ordered from here with two people in front of me I have had to wait 25 min for a sandwich to be ready. This place is poorly run and really should get their orders better since people are coming on their lunch time to get food and wasting time waiting for it. What can I say? This is by far the best jersey mikes location I've been too! They are always super friendly and very quick. Especially Courtney she's always super spunky and knows exactly what I want before I even order. All star crew 100% you have a forever regular!
This has become my go to Jersey Mike’s and I visit every week. My sandwich is always excellently prepared. The staff is incredibly friendly and shoutout to Ashley who’s always great and greets me with a warm smile.
So me and my husband went here tonight and we're very disappointed. I ordered a BLT. I asked for extra mayo, the lady didn't even put any on. When I asked for onions she looked confused. We r rewards members and I had to put in my husband phone number and when I asked him his number, the girl laughed. Didn't think it was funny. I went back up there and asked to put mayo on my sandwich, the guy give me to packs of mayo. Wow. We will never be back. Felt they were racist.
I’m usually not a person that leaves bad reviews, but I was astounded by an interaction I had with an employee. I have autism so it’s already hard enough for me to speak up and ask what I want, but in this situation I had asked for extra mayo on my sandwich. The worker looked and me and went “there’s mayo packets in the lobby” in the middle of making my sandwich as she was putting mayo on it.
