Dirty place. Bathrooms need help. Had to wait on unskilled staff to figure out how to place the subs all in one box. Subs missing bacon. All my requested sides missing and I pretipped.
Went in around 12:30 pm. 6 people standing around. Got food, floor was sticky had to ask for a towel to clean a table to sit and eat. And they acted like I was bothering them. Won't go back. If they don't clean the tables and floor what is the prep station like. No thank you.
I stopped by Jersey Mike’s around 5 PM expecting a fresh sub, only to be told they were completely out of bread. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread that early in the evening? On top of that, this location doesn’t even offer hot-pressed subs, which is one of the main reasons I go to Jersey Mike’s. Between the lack of basic ingredients and limited menu options, it’s hard to justify coming back. Very disappointing experience.
Probably the worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. And I've been to many, all over the country. From the service, store cleanliness to the staff and actual meal. Huge let down. It's like the employees could care less about their job. Won't waste much time as I won't be back to this location.
Excellent sandwich shop. The staff are very friendly. The food is great and they are fast at making your order.
