I’ve been to the jerseys Mike’s in Slidell twice in the previous two weeks, on both occasions I’ve experience poor customer service for lack of a better description . Just today 4/14/26 there’s was this extremely obnoxious service kid, whom attempted to interact with me multiple times in a very sarcastic way. I’ve come notice that it is a specific ethnicity these kids are . I’m not sure what has happen to basic service in a sandwich shop? Yet this behavior is concerning for this franchise per my opinion.

This is my first time coming to Jersey Mike and I ordered a simple sandwich which was turkey and provolone, when I came home I took a bites not knowing it had bacon in it when I NEVER asked for it which I do not eat pork and it makes me sick, and I called the store to let them know and the manager did not care or understand my frustration from it. I would not recommend this location
Eat With Extreme Caution! I am formally reporting a serious incident involving Jersey Mike’s location at 1801 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA. On November 22, 2025, I purchased a sub, chips, and a drink from this location. While eating my sandwich, I suddenly bit down on a large, sharp object that appeared to be a piece of wood.
