There subs has gone down, just like most things in the world today. I went to the Putty Hill store to get a sub a couple months back and noticed the decline. I wanted a sub so I decided to give it another try today. Nomore! The sub was more like an sandwich, in fact, I could have made at home much better. Damn, Jersey Mike's I use to love your subs. Now I have to find somewhere else.
I came in and placed my order with the most friendly upbeat staff , they made my food exactly how I wanted it, the manager I think his name is Trey is so nice, helpful and courteous. This is the Jersey Mike's I will go too all the time!
Great costumer services. loved there energy and the food was great
Very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and the restroom was dirty and unsanitary. When I went to pick up my order, no one acknowledged me for several minutes, and my food hadn’t even been started despite the ticket being up. Staff seemed more focused on talking than helping customers. I ended up leaving without my order.
