Great costumer services. loved there energy and the food was great
Very disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and the restroom was dirty and unsanitary. When I went to pick up my order, no one acknowledged me for several minutes, and my food hadn’t even been started despite the ticket being up. Staff seemed more focused on talking than helping customers. I ended up leaving without my order.
My boyfriend came here for me after 8 on 3/25 am was greeted with the two rudest workers. I’ve worked in fast food and understand how it can be when it’s close to close however we’ve never been rude to any customer when they first come in and even taking the order. I came to Jersey mikes why suggest subway because you don’t want to do your job? Just for the order to not be right after repeating it twice. Ordered catering for my office (sandwich lunch boxes) and it was delicious. Eveyone was happy with their order. Everything was fresh and the lunch box included chips & a cookie. Reasonably priced and delivered timely.
