We have a fundraiser rewards card from Cyprus High for a BOGO deal. Nowhere does it state it can only be redeemed at certain locations. After ordering we were told they could not honor it and offered a 10% discount rather. The 10% discount does not come close to the BOGO deal savings. I wish they would have honored it. Going to another Jersey Mike’s now.
The staff were very friendly! I came into the store to pick up my mobile order from the app and the worker noted that they hadn’t received it. Odd because it’s the right location and time. I confirmed the order was for the correct store and provided an email receipt. We come to find out someone stole our bag at the pick up. This was over $100 worth of sandwiches. I always have a great experience with this location. The guy in charge tonight, I believe he said his name was Matt, was busting his ass and doing a great job. The other two workers appreared to be new hires. Coming from someone who used to manage a restaurant, another experienced worker would have been extremely valuable during the rush. My sandwich was bomb, but these guys needed some more help.
Get the sauce.
