Lisa and Chris are the kindest and most amazing people. They care so much for their customers, they know folks by name & their orders. They ALWAYS have a smile too. My husband haa memory issues and is a regular at this location. I am so grateful for Lisa, Chris and the team who always help him with his order and they have a conversation with him, they even gave him a Christmas ornament. Friendly staff and consistently good italian sub! Mike's way. Keep up the good work.
The last two times we've ordered from them they have completely messed up the order by not reading the notes. Why offer the option to customize sandwiches if you don't follow them? Not ordering from them for a while so they can maybe get a handle on this issue.
The worse customer service I have ever witnessed & they don't take Accountabilty for there actions will never visit this location again so discusted
my friends and I went here after the beach and honestly the experience wasn’t great. The girl making my sandwich looked super annoyed the whole time and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. It really made me feel unwanted and underappreciated as a customer. The rest of the staff seemed fine, but that one interaction totally killed the vibe. The food itself was good, but customer service definitely needs work.
