I was the only one there and they prioritized 6 to go subs before mine. It was awkward waiting thereand I choose that instead of Chipotle bc of the line. If youre on a lunch break dont do it.
First jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. The lady who helped us, Anna, was unbelievably kind. It’s not often you run into such phenomenal customer service. She mentioned she had only been at this location for a short time, but that woman KNOWS how to run the shop… and make a great sandwich!
I tried to order a #7 and I’m 7 months pregnant and just asked if they could heat up the turkey for a few seconds. They refused and after telling them I’m pregnant, the manager still refused and said I could order a hot Italian sub. Extremely disappointing and I wasn’t given a reason as to why not.
