First time at Jersey Mikes! I came because they are one of few places that serve gluten free bread. When it was my turn I was greeted and asked what I’d like to order. I explained this was my first time. The staff member was very polite about it. He asked me if I was interested in hot or cold. I said both! He then took the liberty of explaining to me the most favorite sandwiches on the menu for cold and hot. I appreciated the time he took to explain the menu to me and help me out. When I walked in to place a order it was 8:50 on the website it’s says this restaurant close at 9 which mean it was still 10 mins before closing and me and my family was told that they aren’t serving and are closed. What’s the point of closing at 9 if you guys are going to refuse service at 8:50!
