One of the better Jersey Mike's out there. Good consistency, and the employees are cool and fun to talk to. There's some in particular who are really "in sync" and get things done efficiently. Some very rude reviews in here that seem to be cherry picking from busy days or out of spite. Sad to see people are so miserable!
JM’s is my favorite sandwich shop, however, this location is consistently bad! It’s always dirty, tables are sticky and gross, and one guy has long hair dangling around while he’s making your sandwich. I was the only customer so there is zero reason the employees didn’t clean this up. I keep going back hoping it will improve but sadly it doesn’t.
Tried calling the store and busy signal so the store doesn’t care if your order is COMPLETELY wrong! Three sandwiches and $40 dollars ALL made the exact opposite as ordered. Learn to listen!!! This is the 5th time the order has been various levels of wrong! Just order from somewhere else if you want a correct edible order! Spoke with the manager and a new employee needs to be hired to replace her. Completely incompetent, rude, and is the person who made the sandwiches wrong on the first place! Excellent service with the young man who took my three orders taking his time making sure he got them exactly right. The food was fresh and delicious. Place was clean and ready for service. Great Jersey Mikes!
