Everytime I go the sandwich gets smaller. 🤦🏻♂️

Delivery driver here. Came in to pick up delivery order was told it was going to be about 5 or ten minutes. Sat down to wait. Another driver has been waiting a while also. At least one customer walked out before ordering because girl making sandwiches walked away to ring up gift cards for a woman who came in and jumped in line. 2 people working during lunch. 20 minutes later and I'm still waiting.
Tried walking in to place an order but was told it would be 15-20 minutes before I could be waited on because they needed to catch up on online orders first. No plans to go back if they can’t assist the in person customers on a normal basis.
I walked in here and I made my order but 20 minutes later nobody was making my order just walked out.
