I have to give a shoutout to Jaden and Natasha at this Jersey Mike’s location. I came in during a last-minute rush around 8:15-8:30, just before closing at 9pm, and they handled it with so much patience and genuine good energy. Despite the sudden crowd, they made sure every single customer was taken care of quickly without ever seeming stressed or rushed with us. Came in on 7/30/26 at 4:25 pm. The place was an absolute disaster. I have worked in the restaurant business. The floors were dirty I could not walk anywhere without stepping on crumbs and food, the glass was smudged, food everywhere, tables dirty in disarray. People waiting, to go orders were left to be filled. Who ever clocked out at 4pm should be fired. Ordered a Jersey Shore sub. Regular sub, wheat bread, no oil, vinegar, add mayo, pickles, yellow mustard. Got a frigging turkey and provolone on white with all the bullshit on it that was declined! These two guys were mass producing subs and linging them up on the counter. I asked how could they tell who's sub was what, and I was told "we do them in order"! I used my rewards for the sub. Not happy!
The manager Brittany is constantly leaving employees alone and leaving the restaurant for long periods of time, she's also not coming in to help when someone calls out, i consistently see just one person running the whole store, someone who is not a manager, ive seen the manager just waste time on her phone while someone else does all the work, I'm just appalled, I come here very frequently and at this point its too hard to ignore, something needs to be done about this lazy manager, but props to all the employees that do an ... read more
Tried calling the store and busy signal so the store doesn’t care if your order is COMPLETELY wrong! Three sandwiches and $40 dollars ALL made the exact opposite as ordered. Learn to listen!!! This is the 5th time the order has been various levels of wrong! Just order from somewhere else if you want a correct edible order!
