This was my second negative experience at this Jersey Mike’s location on 9 Mile and Greenfield in Southfield, and unfortunately nothing has improved. The manager and staff were rude and unwilling to accommodate a simple vegan request. The attitude from most of the team was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I have yet to have a pleasant experience… I typically order online but they mess the order up every time. I’m often left having to return the items which does not allow me to take advantage of my lunch break which is such a disappointment. Today after months of not patronizing the lady who took my order repeated my order back 4 times inaccurately! Staffers please do better! The lack of professionalism at this location is non existent.
