The young man named TY, went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect. I have been to this location several times and never knew they had other options for breads, TY was the only employee to ever offer more options, these options really make my food more enjoyable. TY also had good energy and a high level of customer service, rarely match. When my food was complete he did not just call my order out, TY brought me my order, making me feel highly valued as a customer and respected as a person.

Did not get no choice at all to have vegetables on my sandwich, a bag it up and then called my name and walked away never will go back to Jersey Mike’s ever again
We love this place. We always get excellent service. Tonight, Eddie helped us and he was both kind and humorous. It's our go to when we don't want to cook. Dave and Donna
