i absolutely love this place. the sandwiches are great and it's right by my work. most the people there know me by name and this place truly deserves 5 stars. the only reason i have it as 4 is because there's a blond guy there that refuses to give me extra onions when i ask. he's done it twice now. the first time he made my sandwich i asked for extra onions and he gave me 2 extra pieces then ignored me when i asked for more. i was back today and he grabbed a handful of onions and portioned it into my sandwich. i said "i'll t... read more
The service here is aggressive. People did not seem nice/happy. The older gentleman at the register with a beard was pleasant, but the lady slicing was rude.
We will not be back. I am severely diabetic and I get gout easily. They have a "mini" size sandwich that is not available in any meat that will not cause me gout. And they were NOT willing to make an exception. They ofered a medium or large sandwich that I would need to eat for another meal (yuck) or throw away (it is way too expensive for that!).
