Went in on 05/24/25 and was greeted harshly by an older employee. I asked for banana peppers on my sandwich and got a massive mountain of them on my sandwich. Also an older woman who worked there, (seemed to be some type of manager) asked an employee from across the store to do a task and when the employee misheard her, she continued to yell very loudly and rudely to the employee, repeating her words. This made me feel very uncomfortable. If this is how they speak to employees that is not ok.
Jersey Mike’s makes it easy for anyone with food allergies — they list every ingredient on their website, allowing you to check each component of your order in detail. That level of transparency is rare these days and makes a huge difference for families like mine who need to be careful.
