I went to the jersey mikes on barker cypress rd and the hospitality i recieved from Annabell was amazing i was extremely picky with what i wanted but she was patient and said it’s okay take your time and she was such a sweetheart. i will definitely be going again !
Always good food and good service.
I am a frequent customer of Jersey Mike’s, I always order on the app however, this location never has my order ready on time. Sometimes they haven’t even started my order when I arrive at the designated pick up time. I use the app to order so that the instructions are printed out for them, if they do not have the order correct and you ask for it to be remediated the employee will act like it is the customer’s fault, when the instructions are clearly printed.
Soda machine is covered in mildew and mold. The plastic case drips water into the cup when you use it. If you look up it there’s mold and mildew under the cover. So your drinking mold and mildew. Dr Pepper etc. tomatoes and lettuce taste not fresh and mushie. This is twice I throw away half my sandwich here. The quality is missing they must prep the day before or soemthing and freeze the tomatoes cuz they are sick . The surrounding Jersey mikes don’t have these issues.
