After an incredibly long day of appointments, Victoria & Jordyn (and the additional two young ladies) were welcoming during our visit. Tiernan wanted The Big Kahuna and we ended up ordering the same. Victoria kindly guided and mentored the new associate. Calling these subs is like getting a 1 on your employee rating. A devastating blow and understatement. 😡Yesterday, November 17th, I went to buy a sandwich, and the young white woman got annoyed because I didn't ask for the ingredients in the order she thought was best for preparing it. When I went to pay, she told me, "Next time, you have to put the lettuce on first, then the rest," etc., etc. Obviously, she was very rude to me.
