I didn’t get the young man’s name that made our sandwiches I just know that’s he’s a college student at northwestern from small talk. I’ve been to this location multiples times and it’s always great. The staff tonight especially that young man were so sweet , positive and helpful. I came right before closing and they still welcomed me. Their energy was much appreciated and I will be back. Kindness goes a long way and theirs was contagious. Great job guys

If I could I would give the food here a negative 10. I love jersey mikes and my hubby was trying it for the first time so I made him drive to the closest one and was super excited for him to try it. Once he returned home and we opened our subs up I was so disappointed to see how soggy the breed was . It doesn’t make any sense because I got a veggie one with no added sauces and have never ever had such soggy wet bread.
