If you are in a rush dont come here! Food was mid at best and heard a doordasher turn at tell them he had been waiting over 45 minutes. Absolutely pathetic! Need to figure something out for better customer care.
Car hit in parking lot - owner refuses to let us see camera. Also the food was drowned in red wine vinegar. Never again.
We had a horrible experience with this Jersey Mike's location. We went here due to the reputation for being decently celiac-friendly. My husband and one of my four children cannot have gluten. The staff was rude and hesitant to answer any questions. One staff member just blankly stared at us numerous times. The wait for the gluten-free sandwiches was 20 minutes, versus the regular sandwiches which were almost instantaneous. They prepared the gluten-free sandwiches in a special area, as they had told me.
