We had a horrible experience with this Jersey Mike's location. We went here due to the reputation for being decently celiac-friendly. My husband and one of my four children cannot have gluten. The staff was rude and hesitant to answer any questions. One staff member just blankly stared at us numerous times. The wait for the gluten-free sandwiches was 20 minutes, versus the regular sandwiches which were almost instantaneous. They prepared the gluten-free sandwiches in a special area, as they had told me. I absolutely love this place!! The food is so fresh, and just fulfilling!! A variety of traces of absolute comfort food. Not too many choices, but just enough of all the right ones!! Very fast turnaround between ordering and receiving the food, friendly and courteous staff and a laid back atmosphere.
