They forgot to put cookie in kids meal. Water and sandwich only… kid was upset. Found it at home. Bag was sealed.
Service was great, went in just after 1:30 on a Saturday, shop was very busy with take out and walk in. Great location
Horrible workers attitude! Extremely slow, and even you asked them 4 times is your order ready or not they just said it’s not ready for my online order. After waited 30 minutes and past due from online order ready time, I had to angrily ask where my order is then they said it will be prepared. None apologetic at all.
One of the workers gave me a sour face when they saw my order and even muttered "stupid". This is completely unacceptable; one person even ignored me when I asked for lettuce. The staff IS NOT FRIENDLY AND ARE VERY RUDE. I would highly recommend ordering your food on the app so you don't have to interact with the obnoxious staff.
