Love jersey Mikes, and was amazed at how cool and collected the two workers were during the dinner rush. I felt so bad for the two girls working, they were doing their best and making the orders as fast as they could, but the line kept growing, with the concert crowd, and customers were getting antsy. The owners need to schedule more workers per shift for these dinner rushes if they don’t want customers leaving.

I placed an order on their website for delivery for one regular sub. It took 50 minutes for this order to arrive because the store claimed they had no way to mark the order as Rediy for the delivery partner to assign a driver to the order. Ridiculous. They also have a very careless manager

Food’s great and the staff are polite, but they also take way too long to prepare your order. I called in an order, arrived at the time directed 15 minutes later, then had to wait in store an additional 20 minutes. They weren’t on a skeleton crew and weren’t swamped. They just move slow.
