The service is really bad now. I ordered the special 2 for $25 and only got the discount on 2 of my 4 sandwiches. In the past I was able to order 4 and get the deal on all 4… Another visit, another error by the staff. I ordered 2 giant subs due to their special, when it’s time to pay, I got 1 giant and 1 regular. I asked for sauce in the side, I got no sauce. Time to go to Subway !!!!!!!
SLOW! Get ready to wait… super slow and don’t care. Terrible location!
I really like Jersey Mike's but I love this location in specific to other locations. There is a girl that works there by the name of Avi and she has the best customer service. She's also really fast and she remembers my order every time I go back which is not a ordinary order. Her customer service skills are highly commendable.The manager shawn is also amazing and runs a very clean shop. I hope they both get recognized for their hard work and dedication at their job.
