I visited Jersey Mike’s, and while I truly appreciate the quality and taste of their sandwiches — which are always excellent — I was quite surprised by how rushed and stressful the atmosphere felt. The staff were working extremely fast, taking orders at a pace that seemed stressful not only for them but also for the customers. Horrible place! I placed an order online and was charged but no confirmation was sent to my email so that meant my order didn’t reflect on their end. I show up to tell them the situation and the “assistant manager” refused to help me and said that I had to cancel the order and call customer service because he couldn’t in any way refund or accommodate the mistake that happened.
