Horrible place! I placed an order online and was charged but no confirmation was sent to my email so that meant my order didn’t reflect on their end. I show up to tell them the situation and the “assistant manager” refused to help me and said that I had to cancel the order and call customer service because he couldn’t in any way refund or accommodate the mistake that happened. Fresh veggies with my sandwich/ subs /Hoagie are always a plus for me. Bread was very fresh, too.
