Always great sandwiches!
Pretty disappointed here. 30 minutes before they closed, they turned off the grill And cleaned it. I couldn’t order any hot subs. While they cleaned the grill, they turned off the hood and the entire place was smoking. I’m surprised the smoke alarms didn’t go off. I ate out in my car because the smoke was too bad to eat inside. The good was good, which is why I gave 2 stars, but if this is the standard practice, I would encourage others to try another location until this one improves. Ok, I waited 40 mins on the app fine. I went to the store 10 mins later than the 1:40 pickup time. My order was never made and I waited another 20 mins for my order to be completed. They apologized but they didn't make the sandwich the way I wanted. No relish, no banana peppers. I never coming back!!!

I unfortunately just experienced the worst customer service at this place. I placed an online order with an estimated pick up time of 7:33pm. I showed up at 7:40pm and an employee asked me if I had an order. I gave her my name and a different employee said she is working on it right now. I sit down and wait for my order to be finished. I am sitting in the lobby for another 15 minutes (mind you this was after showing up 7 minutes after the estimated pick up time).
