I hope this finds Andrew, the general manager or even attention from corporate. I am a former Jersey Mike's employee from 2016 to 17 and this experience I just had was completely unacceptable and if it would have happened when I worked there, I would be fired over it. I am writing to report on the poor customer service that my boss, xxx, and our group experienced at your establishment today during our lunch hour. A group of us visits your location regularly, and xxx always orders the #56. Today, after placing his usual order, xxx received a different sandwich.
