this location always makes the sandwiches wrong. the workers are always laughing and giggling and flirting with each other while making your sandwiches which they obviously can’t multi task cause the sandwich always turns out wrong. ordered a cali club and got a turkey provolone.
Came in waited a good 3-4 mins for anyone to even say anything to me and my girlfriend. Granted they were makin sandwhiches but they (the two ladies) were talking amongst themselves laughing, looked at us and still didn’t say anything until after they were done. Then proceed to make the saddest excuse of a sandwhich from jersey mikes I’ve ever seen. I didn’t get their names but the people working today 3/18/26 are horrible and need better customer service and food preparation skills. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
I love everyone at this location, it’s almost the only place I go for lunch when I’m at work in the area. Deseree is always so cheery and helpful! No one there ever makes me feel rushed or like a burden even when my order is complicated!
