Today I visited and ordered a chicken bacon and ranch sub. I was eager and excited to visit this place because I’ve heard such great things about it. Unfortunately the sub I ordered was if not the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was tasteless, hard and dry. There was very little sauce on the sandwich which made it even drier. I want to give a big shoutout to three amazing employees at Jersey Mike’s — Mia, Kelsey, and Jada. Every time I come in, they absolutely crush it when making sandwiches. They’re quick, friendly, and pay attention to all the little details that make the subs taste fresh and perfect. Straight dog water! Jersey Mike's has been a staple in my family for probably 25 years. And this is hands down the worst restaurant that i've ever been to. When you walk in the associates are back cheering and joking and jokin and jiving, but when I walk in to pick up an order, they tell me, oh I need to tell them i'm there to pick up an order. Jeff made the best wrap this place has ever served when I requested my customized chicken Philly!!! It was perfect as well as his customer service. I’ll be back I hope that Jeff will be here to make me another delicious meal.
