Let’s start by saying, I frequent this Jersey Mike’s since it’s close to where I work. I usually have a decent experience. Not this time! This was the first time I’d stopped by on a Saturday for lunch with my husband. Looked unusually busy but we wanted Jersey Mike’s! I witnessed an incident while dining in today, 03/30/2026. The young black girl with braces working the register was rude to us and everyone I witnessed her come into contact with. One couple asked if she was ok and she immediately responded with threats. She is rude and should go work somewhere she wants to be or not work at all. You are there to greet and be welcoming, not stand offish and giving attitude as if it’s the customers fault you’re working. Workers need training on cleaning prep area before preparing to serve to the customer. I will never eat there again.
Extremely unprofessional experience. The employee at checkout (who we later learned was the manager’s daughter) had a very rude and aggressive attitude when I tried to enter my phone number to use a free sandwich coupon. When I calmly asked if everything was okay, she began raising her voice and arguing. The situation escalated when the manager got involved and told us the employee was her daughter.
