This was an unusual situation for this restaurants, I'm usually in and out in about 10 minutes. Today I waited over 20 minutes and had to leave because my food was not even on the grill after waiting such a long time. Three employees that were extremely slow, focusing on mobile orders. Not an apology when I told the gentleman I was leaving. Not what I'm used to at Jersey Mike's.

This was the best experience I’ve ever been apart of from a food chain. The place is clean, the workers are nice. I’m not even a fast food type of guy but this food is almost gourmet. I’ve been in here multiple times and everytime the workers here make this place feel just absolutely amesome. Especially mason, he makes the atmosphere so much fun. He’s been absolutely amazing every single time.

This is probably the cleanest Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The person that assisted me was Taylor and was beyond amazing, accommodating and patient.
