Friendly, great service and fresh.
Very rude person working at counter Not welcoming and mad face on I stood at the end of the counter when I entered, the person very nasty said if I was ordering to go the other end where the sign said order here.. My wife and I immediately walked out as other people in line were surprised at how nasty the person behind the counter was.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered a sub from Jersey Mike’s and they completely messed up my order — wrong toppings, missing ingredients, and not even the right bread. Mistakes happen, but what really made it worse was that when I tried to call the store to get it fixed, no one answered the phone after several tries. It just kept ringing and then went to voicemail. Terrible customer service. I expected way better from Jersey Mike’s. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
Everytime I walked through the door I feel welcomed no matter what day of the week it is. Jas and Shay Are Always AMAZING. Today i got to meet Kalib and he was also amazing.. The store is always clean. I love this location.
It was my first visit at a Jersey Mikes, and it was an incredible experience. Not knowing what to expect, I was greeted by shift leader Chandler who walked me through all options and took the time to ensure that I knew what I was ordering. He ended up making my sandwich to perfection. And while he was making the subs, I had the pleasure of meeting another employee Fred who also was making sure I was liking my first visit.
