An Unnecessary Experience: I was handed the wrong pick up order by the cashier. No big deal or so I thought… When I proceeded to hand the bag back, the hispanic worker rudely snatched it and dumped it in the trash as if it was my fault. This type of energy is not welcoming and can tarnish your customer’s experience if this is their first time.

This is the worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever eaten at and I’ve been to many throughout the U.S. I have never had to remove bread just to taste the meat. It’s usually the opposite bc it’s loaded with meat. I was tremendously shorted on all three sandwiches. Not only that, but my turkey sub was ordered with at least 8-10 topping and it came only with lettuce on it. I am honestly shocked at this experience bc you all are typically very consistent. I guess it’s just the location. Very upsetting. Never again.

Absolutely abhorrent. I accidentally placed an order at this location and was directed to call their number to cancel. No answer. I have called over 10 times to this store to cancel my order and EVERY TIME the phone rings out for a minute and then hangs up. Do NOT place any orders at this location and don’t even think about trying to call. I am out $20 and have wasted 2 hours of my time.
